An approved shop, run like a family business
Being on Tesla’s approved list is what lets your car be repaired here. How the repair actually goes is the part we have spent fifty years getting right.
Harden Auto Body has been on Mayfield Road since 1975, with over 250 years of combined experience on the floor. The structural work, the refinishing, and the reassembly all happen in this building — we do not farm the pieces out — and every repair is guaranteed for as long as you own the car.
Our collision technicians hold current I-Car® welding and repair certification. We are also ASE® certified and an accredited member of the BBB®.
Getting the repair done
The same straightforward process we use for every vehicle that comes through the shop.
- Call or drive in. Estimates are free and need no appointment — pull into the drive-thru bay during business hours, or call 216.382.3232 and we will come pick the car up at no charge.
- We write the estimate and handle the insurance claim paperwork with you.
- Leave in a rental. Enterprise® rentals are available on-site, so there is no second trip and no ride home to arrange.
- The repair happens here. Structural work, then refinishing in our own heated downdraft booths with the color mixed in-house.
- You get it back clean. Every vehicle is detailed before it goes out, and we will deliver it to you if you would rather not come get it.
Guaranteed for as long as you own it
We guarantee all repairs for as long as you own the car, excluding normal wear and tear. That guarantee is the whole reason we keep the work in-house instead of sending it out.
Insurance claims
We work directly with insurers. You are entitled to choose your own repair facility — you do not have to use the shop your insurance company suggests.
